Our Contributions/Eligibility system is extremely robust and flexible. We have yet to encounter a contribution reporting
requirement or eligibility design that our system cannot
accommodate.
We can accept contribution reports in the form of electronic data files
(in any format - Excel, ADP payroll, etc.) as well as through our web-based employer contribution systems.
Reconciliation of contribution receipts and allocations are performed on a timely basis each month. Eligibility is
updated real-time as reports are received.
Eligibility and contributions information can also be viewed through web-based applications at the union office and by participants.
We can generate monthly or quarterly statements to participants showing hours reported, hours banks, eligibility and enrollment
information, etc.
We maintain on-line relationships with a wide variety of service providers. Electronic eligibility file updates are uploaded directly with the providers on a timely basis.
Importantly, HSBA maintains on-line capabilities with most service
providers so eligibility issues can be resolved quickly and directly
into their systems.
